Solar Isn’t Showing in the App
Solar Data Depends on Communication—not Just Production
If solar isn’t visible, Kora may not be receiving data from the inverter or CT sensors.
Step 1: Confirm Solar Is Producing
- Check your inverter display or inverter app.
- Ensure solar breakers are ON.
Step 2: Check App Status
- Open Energy → Sources.
- Look for “Solar” listed as Connected or Offline.
Common Causes
- Inverter communication issue
- CT sensors not reporting
- Recently installed or reconfigured solar
- Temporary cloud sync delay
What to Do
- Wait up to 5 minutes for data refresh
- Restart the inverter if manufacturer allows
- Contact your installer if solar was recently added
